My primary areas of technical interest are focused on the Oracle database and Exadata.  I started my professional career as an application developer in the telecommunications industry, with a heavy emphasis on database.  I gained experience developing applications using DB2, Sybase, and Oracle database before joining Oracle in 1995.  My current areas of focus include the following:

• Oracle Database Overall
• Database Consolidation on Exadata (on-Premise & Cloud)
• Data Warehousing on Exadata and Oracle Autonomous Data Warehouse
• OLTP on Exadata and Oracle’s Autonomous Transaction Processing
• Oracle Database Backup/Recovery
